Finding clarity in a chaotic month

Is your spring feeling chaotic already?

Leave March Madness to basketball, not your health!

Setting intentions can help clarify what is actually important to you this month.

When things start getting hectic coming back to an intention serves as a reminder of what actually matters and what you can let go of.

What’s the difference between a goal and an intention?

Goals can be great for getting you to a specific destination.

  • For example, start running using the Couch to 5K app to be ready for a May race.

Instead of being about a specific outcome intentions are more fluid. They’re ways to live and how you want to feel.

  • For example, I want to feel my best through healthy living.

  • For example, I want to create an environment of peace in my house.

How do I write an intention?

  • Be sure to give yourself plenty of grace! It’s not about perfections, but being intentional with your time and energy.
