Being at home has us longing to get back to the gym and having access to their equipment. However, even if you don’t own a single dumbbell you can still create your own home gym. Not owning fancy gym equipment is no excuse for not being active at home. Here is how to create your own equipment from everyday items.
1. FREE WEIGHTS
Anything you can hold can become a free weight!
Lighter weights: cans of food, filled water bottles, bricks.
Heavier weights: jugs of detergent, textbooks, milk jugs, gallon buckets (water, sand, gravel are all great heavy fillers)
2. YOGA EQUIPMENT
